The last best steam iron we added was quite expensive, so this entry will be mid priced. It’s the Hamilton Beach Model 14402. I picked this particular model for it’s excellent steam performance. It heats up quickly because of it’s 1500 watt power. It also has an extra long cord that I find very convenient. A feature I also find  very helpful is the all-in-one ironing mat that can be kept in it’s traveling case, which is included with the steam iron. I believe it’s one of the best buys for mid-priced steam irons in  the best steam iron category.
